Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible service. I ordered a cooker,received a vacuum cleaner. Wich they collected....but have no account off a week ago. And they are still waiting for feedback from the courier service or the warehouse to take responsibility in who's error this was....seriously...I paid R2000.00 for an item and received a different item to the value of a quarter.... and a month later are still no close solving this issue. Every time I phone they say it will take another 72 hours to sort the issue ....I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TAKEI AGAIN.

CONGRATULATIONS: YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER AFTER 10 YEARS

and I will share my horrid experience with everyone as we all know there is nothing quite as powerful as word of mouth
