Takealot service to be discontinued if it continues at this rate

I placed an order week on the 31 with takealot and usually my deliveries are on par . In this instance I actually required them urgently due to a move . Today the 28 do they tell me they don’t have stock of some items and cancel my order . I am moving on Friday morning and I need my stuff I do not have time to go relook for these items unless I get a refund immediately. Their service used to be great but it is now pathetic . I could have been notified earlier to make alternate arrangements but no one has jd the decency to phone me. Leave alone the credit that was due to me and after several emails no one addressed the issue until I made a call to them and this was one month later .
