It make it so easy as you have a very competitive price as well as peace of mind that if it is faulty or even not what you want you can easily exchange or refund it. For this reason I don't mind paying sometimes a small premium for the peace of mind i get. I would recommend it 100% to anyone. I bought 4 Google nest mini's and got it delivered as per agreed date. After start using it i realize that 3 is sufficient and that i would like to upgrade the 4th one with a google home HUB. I put a request for refund. They were there the next morning to collect it. I ordered the new product and it also arrived in time. After 3 days of collecting the returned product my account was credited for the full amount as agreed with them. Excellent service.
