Takealot Service Sucks

I had no idea reviews go through approval stages on Takealot. My 1 Star review just got rejected... So I figured hey why not post a review here instead.

After not following specific delivery instructions, they eventually delivered a couch to me with no legs, pillows or side panels.

I have now been requested to repack and return everything like I have nothing else to do with my time. Epic customer experience.

So let's prepare for the arrival of Amazon with poor customer service, lack of quality control, and archaic businesses processes.

Takealot Team I am hoping you or one of my many Takealot contacts can escalate this without creating any more admin for me.
