Takealot Service SUCKS

I purchased a coffee grinder with an additional item for free delivery, received the coffee grinder which was not the make I ordered, they sent a cheaper and lesser quality which was returned, then my account gets credited, which I did not ask for, enquired them to please send the correct coffee grinder which I ordered originally, now Im being told that the coffee grinder is not available due to the supplier not having it - they could at least tell me this - they are selling a product that is NOT AVAILABLE - I asked if I choose another coffee grinder must I pay for courier again and they reply yes.... So Im getting penalized for thrir mistake for selling something they don't have in the first place and if I choose another coffee grinder I have to pay for courier again - it seams Takealot has a bunch of idiots handling their enquiries - it was by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced - so if they are interested in fixing this issue - you can replace it with a decent coffee grinder and free courier for all the **** service a person has to receive, constant emails and following up from my side - It's a ****in JOKE!
