Takealot service sucks

This is the second ordeal I am having with takealot and their inability to keep to their delivery promises or to have the common decency to communicate or respond to emails with any answers or solutions showing that they are absolutely not focused on customer satisfaction. It is absolutely frustrating the hell out of me that their has been no response since they promised that the issue was rectified and my delivery will be effected yesterday no later than 5PM, after failing to deliver on the expected date which was Friday last week. This was a birthday for my daughter and she has been very sad and disappointed twice now. Takealot, I demand action and I definitely expect you to have a valid explanation as to why I had to be out through this.
