TAKEALOT SERVICE SUCKS!

Takealot is EXTREMELY disappointing. I have gone to track my order and it shows that it was due to be delivered the 04/12/2018 by 5pm. To this hour no delivery. I receive an e-mail telling me that they have missed my delivery date and there's a delay, which is not my problem at all.

I e-mail them back and ask how they are going to compensate for the inconvenience as this was a gift for someone and now I am missing the chance to give the gift due to their error.

I am really not happy with the service I am receiving!
