Takealot Service Suck

Pre-ordered Fifa21 for a young men's birthday that's on 10 October. Takealot's delivery date was scheduled for 10 October so i placed my order with them. Without nitification the delivery date changed to 13 October, and after a phone call to them, delivery date changed to 14 October. You would think that if anything are pre-ordered, Takealot would keep to the expectation they created... I made several calls to their call centre, spoke to 3 different people, who all promised to call back but they never did. I called this morning to cancel the order but were informed that they couldn't, after i insisted, I had to speak to a supervisor that would not take my call as he/she "was busy", and i was informed that he/she will call back, I'm still awaiting that call. Keep your goods and bad service, refund me my money!
