Takealot service on not working item

We bought a Camera system in 2021, the Hard drive was faulty, we sent it back to Takealot. We have followed up for almost 3 years for our new hard drive and till this day have not received ANY feedback it's just a back and forth with an arrogant agent that does not want to assist us. I have tried to contact Takealot via call Centre, email and Facebook. No luck with a new working hard drive!
