Takealot service not what it used to be - No contact detail

I used to order stuff from Takealot and remember that I would receive the item on the same day if I pay before 11:00 am. I recently ordered some much-needed stuff on 30 January 2021. I was informed by the system that I would receive my parcel on 16 February 2021. Already a huge difference from same day delivery! I made arrangements to be at the delivery address as my parcel will arrive today, only to find that the delivery date has been moved to 19 February 2021 when I accessed my account. 19 Day’s to source my items (couldn’t find 1 item as it was out of stock, yet advertised) and definitely not at competitive prices. The only reason I use Takealot is because of the delivery time. That is obviously not a Takealot selling point anymore. I’ve tried to get an email address on their website to inform them about my query, but could not find any other than their sales team’s address. Why would one hide your contact details? So, let us communicate through HelloPeter, Takealot and make it public.….
