Takealot service not up to standard.

The services I used to receive from Takealot in the past was amazing but lately I've noticed delayed deliveries with no sufficient notice and recently I had a damaged product delivered which was non returnable. I sent an email to Takealot which tbey acknowledged but never bothered to help me on. I sent photos which was ignored. They offer same day or next day service but you wait the entire day for a delivery. I'm sorry to say this but their services is just not up to standard anymore and I am very disappointed. It feels like we're paying for bad services.
