TAKEALOT SERVICE MOVING BACKWARDS AT A RAPID PACE!!!

TakeAlot is really going backwards when it comes to the level of service I am receiving now, compared to about a year ago.

First of all I am no longer able to refund credit from my TakeAlot account to my bank account. A Manual request needs to be submitted (FYI IT KEEPS GIVING ERRORS, so you need to phone them in order to do this). Hopefully you are not greeted by a rude or an unfriendly consultant like I have MANY TIMES.

Secondly when trying to cancel an order due to very late shipping dates this is also not possible anymore.

YOU NEED TO MOVE FORWARD AND NOT BACKWARDS TAKEALOT!
