Takealot service is terrible

I was sent the wrong PC's from takealot I paid R9500 for the PC's I have asked for a return i have emailed i have logged complaints but nobody from takealot is responding how can you sell refurbished PC's and say they are 100% when parts are falling around loose inside and the PC's are not what was advertised and best of all I did not even recieve my entire order but you guys get your money immediately I want these two boxes picked up and I want my money back I will never buy from you again because your service is getting worse and worse
