Takealot service is slipping

I placed an order with takealot.com almost 2 weeks ago. it got delivered on the 29th of may which was perfect timing. then I found that the items in my package was wrong. only one of my items was correct. the other 2 was just missing. I have logged numerous tickets with takealot and repsonded to en email on saturday the 30th of may and no one has come back to me. this is really ******* service which seems to becoming the norm for takealot.
