Takealot service is putrid

Exceptionally poor service, i returned an item with all accessories and i am told that i did not include all accessories when everything listed on the back of the item box is in the parcel. i am frustrated with customer service as i spoke to someone who would escalate the issue and get back to me but 3 days later I receive my item back. i am really frustrated and i am done with Takealot for having such poor and unprofessional customer service and staff.
