Takealot service is poor.

Takealot service is very poor, unpleasant. I ordered a Boss kids GPS Tracker smart watch for my daughter. On the scheduled delivery date I'm being told that my order is being cancelled. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered, why didn't they communicate with me sooner than to wait until the delivery date? This is so unprofessional.
