Takealot Service is pathetic

Takealot service is appalling. On the 10/12/2018 I returned a defective item, the courier fetched it and no refund was processed. On the 7/02/19 I called in and was informed by a Mr Hanro van Wyk that there systems are slow and he will process my refund asap. My refund was then processed to the wrong bank account after I specified I had changed bank accounts. I was told there's nothing they can do and I now have to take the financial loss. Takealot you guys are terrible. Never purchasing again from you guys.
