Takealot service is disgusting

Disgusted. I place an order including a Hauwei GT 2e smar****ch. Paid for this item on the 23rd of September 2021. The delivery date was first 7 Oct, then 4 Oct, then finally 5 Oct. on the 5th of Oct I received 1 product from the order. The watch still said not shipped on the website..🤬🤬🤬. So I call take a lot.. they tell me that my watch is “lost in transit”.. okay.. what the **** does that mean.. so I ask them to redo my order and ensure that it’s delivered the next day.. needless to say the agents are just arrogant and rude.. they then tell me the supplier is out of stock.. 😡😡😡 when did this happen.. and why did no one tell me.. I’m so frustrated.. I tell them to escalate this **** because I bought this watch at a discounted rate and I cannot add R500+ to buy a product I had already saved for. These people didn’t even care. Soon I see my money is credited to my takealot account..🤬.. the next agent I spoke to.. Sithembile.. arrogant idiot.. I told them a couple of times I don’t want the cash but I want the phone that I ordered because there was no notice that the supplier was out of stock. The guy was soo rude. Didn’t help me with ****. I’m disgusted with the service from takealot and the team. I and never purchasing anything there again. Disgusting and noone wants to take the blame.. sies.
