Takealot service is disappointing

I'm so upset, i order from Takealot on the 30th of July 2024 which they said on the app that my order will be delivered on the 01st of August but then i receive an sms saying my order will be believed on the 31st of July which i can see on my app the tracking, then i see my order was delivered and i signed for it but nothing was delivered to my work place. So i send an email and called them but the lady tells me shes going to track the driver and call me back this was on the 31st which she has not called or emailed i tried calling again and Takealot's number just rings and no answer i was holding on the line for 6 mins. Looks like they scrammed me never buying from Takealot again
