takealot service is bad and call center does not pick up

good day would like to log a complaint i logged 2 returns for 2 products and only received a refund for 1 it has been weeks and i have had no feed back and when i call the number for the call center i am on hold for 30 min or more and then the phone call drops i then call back and same thing on hold for 30min and then call drops Return Logged 6 Sep 2022 and still no feed back ref MRRN-GA7NG-DZRV

please can sum one help me seeing as Takealot wont
