Takealot service is a disgrace

very dissapointing,they failed to deliver my order due to their incompitency,they lie and say failed delivery whereas they never came to deliver my order,after endless boring emails,they write to me"we notice you cancelled the order you'll be credited"I dont recall cancelling my order at all🙉
