Takealot service hits rockbottom

I have been using takealot.com as a buying portal for many years, never had problems and service was good. Even during the early stages of the lockdown. But suddenly delivery times has jumped from 1 week to 4 weeks, deliveries are weeks later than quoted, no response to tickets logged etc. I find that it is faster to order something and Amazon and get it shipped from the US and clear customs now that to order something from takelot.com. I hope the can rectify their service.
