Takealot service has deteriorated!

Takealot is generally a good company but I think they’ve gotten too big for what they can manage. Over the last couple of orders in the recent couple of months it’s been horrific really. You think you are opting for convenience only to be stuck with the inconvenience of trying to get your order delivered.

I placed an order o. 23/10/ 2025. Expected delivery was 3/10/2025. On the expected delivery day this was changed to 5/10/2025. On the latest delivery day the order has not yet been shipped according to the app with no indication of the reason for the delay… now, what do we call this? It’s even more irritating that there’s no call center for such issues so you’ll get email feedback whenever someone decides to respond! A whole R23k order of important appliances urgently needed.
