Takealot Service gone down

Well, I've order a Dishwasher from Take a lot, it was schedule to be delivered on 25/07/2019, the driver phoned me at 16h45 for delivery, I was not at home at the time as this is the time when I go and pick up my kids from School. On Friday, 26/07/2019 the driver phoned me at 17h00 again for delivery, again I was not at home and requested him to deliver on Monday morning, first thing. Well since then, no delivery , no phone call from Takealot. I've lodge 2 complaints on there website, with no reply. This was my last order ever from Takealot!
