Takealot service going down

Placed my order on the 09th of March 2024, paid as required. Today the 19th of March 2024 my order gets cancelled, so after 10 days Takealot is unable to source something that they advertise on their app and then just cancels your paid order. I have been an avid customer of Takealot for years, however it seems I will be supporting local businesses and Amazon when they arrive.
