Takealot service FAILURE!!!!

I placed my order on 16 October 2024 and was told it would be delivered on 23 October 2024. Then on the 23rd of October I was told one of my items was out of stock! Which was bought as a birthday gift! No news on the shipping on the rest of the items. Today I checked the status of my delivery and it said it should be delivered on 25 October 2024 but was still not shipped. I sent a message to enquire which is also useless as the help section is pathetic and unhelpful! Today I received a message saying my order will be delivered on 28 October 2024!!!!! No explanations, no feedback! This is absolutely unacceptable pathetic service from takealot which has inconvenienced me greatly! I will never use the service again!!!!
