Takealot service excellence in resolving issues

I previously wrote a review and also phoned Takealot regarding my complaint, and they handled and successfully resolved my complaint professionally and speedily. I just want to say thank you Takealot for speedily resolving the matter and for such quick delivery. I was so impressed that during the telephonic conversation, the staff were willing to listen and resolve the matter and in that I was presented with options to address the issue of the sold out stock.
