Takealot Service Dropping

Entered our complex somehow, without any knowledge to me or letting them in, they dropped an order of over R5000 value by the front door where anyone passing can ***** it and left. I did not give them access to the complex. And the order is marked that I signed for it. Furthermore, declining returns repeatedly on ridiculous basis, might be time to purchase from sellers direct rather. Terrible service levels & you don't have a dedicated link where a complaint can easily be logged on a purchase.
