Takealot service delivery is **********

We placed an order for 2 kids smart GPS watches for the kids for Christmas. We received the delivery on the 24th of December. When we opened the package there was only 1 watch in the box. We tried getting through on email and calls with no luck and finally decided to go to the warehouse in Glen Marais. Got there and was sent to the pick up point at Pomona road where we were told it is not their job to get in contact with the warehouse regarding orders it is the clients problem. Finally received and email response asking for photos and more details which was sent and then another one stating they will get in contact with the warehouse and eversince that there has not been any response what so ever and we are waiting for any feedback. Takealot is very quick to confirm the payment of orders but now that there is a problem we have endless problems trying to get any feedback or answer from them as they are still not even answering the calls to ***. Therefore this is the only other option I have to see if we can somehow get the Christmas present that we paid for our daughter out of you that was not delivered due to an error on your side. This experience made that we will not order from Takealot again because they just want to take your money and don't give a damn about client services.
