Takealot!! Service change to bad no communication, nobody understand!

me and my Husbands is very big Customers of Takealot but this is now to much!!!

I order Ivory Beige Estee Lauder in the beginning of May and received Henna, send it back i communicate with them, several emails , phone calls and on the app, all over telling them it is wrong again! I do not use Henna my Color is Ivory Beige, then a sorry and apologies and then the next day here comes my order and Henna again this happen 3 times now I am done now I am still struggling with the same order same color keeps on delivering to me!!!!
