Takealot service

I bought and paid for an Apple iPad 10.2" Wi-Fi 32GB on 31 October 2021. The article was delivered on 6 November 2021. I attempted to 'synch' the new iPad with my previous iPad purchased in 2010. All my efforts failed. The iPad was returned to Takealot, (picked up on 22 November 2021). A replacement/refund was requested. Takealot have my money and my iPad. No direct contact details have been found by myself. Where to from here? I would give Takealot a minus five star rating, but this is not available on hellopeter. ANY help is welcome.
