TAKEALOT SERVICE

I placed an order on the 27th of November and waited 14 days for delivery. Item received was incorrect, and I immediatly contacted takealot to schedule return. It took them 2 days to change the status of my delivery to received so that i could take request return. I took it to a collection point to safe time. I now again followed up on the process just to find out regardless of the action i have taken i will not receive my order by tomorrow as i mentioned on Friday i would need. The manner and the fact that they are not willing to give proper assistance when takealot was the one who made the mistake is unacceptable.
