Takealot service and purchase review

Generally, I do comparative shopping as I find that often online can be more costly with takealot. A five-star review will require Takealot to allow clients to arrange an estimated time for delivery of parcel allocation. I should not have to email 24 hours before parcel delivery, to notify them of my office hours for delivery. Especially in light that we are charged between R64 to R160 for delivery charges. Another key issue I noticed was the increase in prices of the items left in the checkout shopping cart. This made me reconsider a few purchase offers. Other than that I have made purchases from them and they are fairly good. There is no local competitor to relay an unbiased review. Until a competitor arrives on the market; can a proper review be made.
