TAKEALOT SERVICE AND PACAKAGING

I order a coffee table from Takealot and it arrived damaged and broken. It arrived in a cling wrap and bubble wrap plastic packaging with no fragile sticker on. I cut the packaging and throwed it away now i filled for a return now they denied to take back my order because its not packaged. A consultant said i must take it to the warehouse if they refuse to take it back because the east London branch rescheduled my delivery without my consent.
