Takealot Service
After payment was made for an item purchased on Takealot wrong item was supp****. Return was logged and collected and no communication has been received from Takealot. The item was purchased as next day delivery and too date I'm still waiting. Had i know this would happen would have purchased else where. Ref:MRRN-K8PNKMJG7

17 Apr 2025, 09:48After requesting for my item to be returned and exchanged for the correct item i waited patiently only for the very same item be delivered back to me. Its like they just collect the item from me for the same item be delivered back to me the following week. Very disappointed in Takealot and not sure if i will make future purchases with Takealot. Bad Service
