Takealot service

I would like to express my utter disappointment with the service I received from Takealot. I have ordered an item 4 times from them and every time they sent me the wrong item. The item they sent me is not even the same as the advertised item. I have purchased many a time from them and have never received such bad service. I have been in contact with them numerous times and still the issue has not been resolved. I am still waiting on a call back from one of their managers. I received the 3rd wrong delivery on Thursday called and was promised someone will come back to me but I'm still waiting a week later. I have wasted so much airtime in the past 2 months trying to get this resolved. I have been patient but this is the last straw. This is the worst service ever.
