Takealot **** service

I bought h96 max android TV box from takealot and what a ugly experience I had and have. The box is used and even someone else username on the box and worst accessories are missing . They advertise false. They advertised that box has 4gig ram and 32gig memory but it is completely different. When I complaint than no one cares. Please never ever buy from takealot. The worst online company in the world
