Takealot service

We bought a Delonghi Caffe Venezia machine. Terrible machine!!! If you use the milk frother the machine takes more than 3 minutes to convert back to coffee making! By that time the milk is cold. So making a cappucino is definitely not a function you can use! We reported this to Takealot. They fetched the machine and we had to ask for feedback as no communication was done. We had to wait 5 weeks for the machine the be returned....they claimed it was fixed but its still nit working! Now Takealot is ignoring out complaints. We payed a lot of money....nothing wrong with ou payment...but received a faulty machine! Really very disappointed!!!
