Takealot **** service

I ordered a Microwave because mine just broke in Feb 2022. I received an sms saying the order is out of delivery on the 28th of February 2022. Order was never delivered, i got an email saying the order was lost in transit and another replacement order done with a delivery date of 3rd March. Got the sms again saying the order is out on delivery on the 3rd. However, the order was never delivered. I kept checking the status online and it kept saying delayed by the courier until Monday afternoon on the 7th of March when i checked the status and it said delivered to me. I never received the order and when i contact them they keep telling me they have sent the query to the delivery team. It's been 4 days now and when i call my call either gets dropped or the agent keeps telling me some lazy excuses about following up with the delivery team. I asked for the delivery team to follow up on this query myself because i need that Microwave and the call was cut when i was patched through. I am so disappointed with takealot i just want my money back now.
