Takealot service

I saw a Bennet read pressure washer on black Friday sale for R700. When I wanted to check out the price changed to R1200. I took screenshots of this and sent it to their customer service on Facebook as it's almost impossible to get hold of anyone there. They would then send generic replies. With no acknowledgement of the query. I still want the product at the price advertised but impossible to speak to anyone.
