Takealot service

I have bought baby products last week. I was suppose to get the items this week. This morning I received an email to say that the baby stroller that I paid for is not going to be delivered. I have chosen another stroller as replacement. Now they let me know I will only be able to receive the new stroller R3499-00 next week. On the item that I have chosen it say if you order before 10h00 you get same day delivery?? Why do I have to wait another week for my delivery????
