I have ordered a bracelet and a charm, so the bracelet arrives at my house but not the charm - upon opening the charm it’s the wrong one!

i have been in contact with Takealot but no solution !

you spend so much money cause you think you can trust them - but no they f*** it up

they still have my money for the products and i have no product!!!
