Takealot **** service

Absolutely pathetic service. I made 2 purchases over this weekend and bout ended up being a problem. The first problem encountered was an overcharge and I had to prove that the item was on sale when I bought it and that I paid a higher price. Secondly the other order was to be delivered today and I stayed home waiting for it only to get an sms to say delivery failed as I wasn't home. I'm appalled by the **** service I have recieved and even after calling them and waiting more than a half an hour for an agent I still haven't received any feedback re my delivery which was to be done today. No call back as promised. I cannot believe that this company has grown so much that they now have such a nonchalant attitude. I will probably never purchase from them again
