Takealot sent my parcel to the wrong address and haven't helped in fixing this

A package I ordered never arrived. After waiting the whole day constantly checking for it and trying to contact Takealot without avail they finally respond to me and say that my order was delivered to the wrong address and someone else signed for it and took it. So far I have not been helped in any way which would help me get my order. The service has been terrible too and the products which I bought cost a reasonable amount of money. I've mentioned to them I want this fixed immediately, as a serious problem like this should be fixed, but they seem to just ignore me.
