Takealot sent me damaged item and refuse to credit the returned item!

I have been purchasing on Takealot since 2016, never experienced any issues however, in December I purchased a portable compressor for my in Mozambique. I received a damaged item, took fotos and logged a return, returned the unused item in original packaging. The item is in Takealot's possession and I am still struggling to receive credit on my account, its been a few months now. I am very unhappy with this service. I already purchased an alternative and want my credit!
