Takealot sent me a order watch and claims my return is unsuccessful

I bought a smart watch on a friday evening and it was delivered on saturday to me. Upon realising that the smar****ch does not look like what i saw on the website and does not match my expectation and does not have a charger, i logged a return immediately. The watch was returned but takealot claims that the watch they sent me does not match the watch i ordered, meaning that the watch i was sent was an incorrect one in the first place, hence my dissatisfaction. Takealot now claims that they will not refund. They are not even responding to my emails and giving me clarity and proof that the watch they sent me was different from the one i returned.
