Takealot sent me a Mr Delivery voucher via email. False advertising

Takealot sent me a Mr Delivery voucher via email. When I tried to redeem it, MrD said it was for Takealot More subscribers only. This fact was not stated in the email at all. When I sent Takealot a Twitter/X message about this they did not reply. It was a complete false message.
