Takealot sent me a faulty unit that was already MDX and now won't refund me.

Over the years I have gotten to trust Takealot and I have spent a small fortune with them.

I bought two air fryers, the one works fine the other one that was sent to me was an already MDX unit and I sent it back.

my refund was refused as they say the cord was damaged, well guess what, its what I received and the fact that it was already declared faulty prior tells me I am being *****ed, I sent a photo of the unit to there support and they said oh the warehouse must of accidently sent me one of the faulty units, now they won't refund me because of a cord of a unit that was already deemed faulty, I feel ****med and have just lost my trust in Takealot.
