Takealot sends used products

I ordered a product from Takelot, but was sent a used product instead (and did not choose their "unboxed deals").

The box was closed with a bit of crumpled tape. The device's packaging was opened from before and tied closed and the device was full of finger prints and had residue from previous use.

Takelot promised me they will replace it the same day.

2 days in and still nothing.

I cannot beleive they would send used goods, without warning and charge the full price. Not sure I'll trust their products in the future (especially their medical devices)...
