Takealot sending wrong items and refusing to replace

I ordered 2 pendants a few weeks apart using same link, 2nd one came at half the size that I ordered and had parts missing.

I logged my return before their 30 day policy time was up, they told me it will be picked up and courier guy never showed up. I messaged the next day asking way forward and they collected 2 days later.

Then I get a message refusing to swap my pendant with the right size because their courier guy never showed up. I cannot use a wrong size item with missing parts, I don't want a refund I just want the correct pendant.

I've gone up and down on email and being brushed off by Mitchell A and Yolanda MKA.

Please exchange the wrong item you sent and give me correct size pendant.

It's not easy to work for money that just goes down the drain because of your incompetence.

Frustrated much.
